Gretchen Herrera

Hi, I'm Gretchen Herrera, The Wholistic Hypnotist. I'm a certified hypnotist, Reiki Master Teacher, Crystal Healing Master Teacher, professional intuitive, and certified meditation instructor. My work is about helping people heal deeply, release old patterns, and come back to themselves.

I'm an NGH Certified Hypnosis Instructor based in Lexington, South Carolina. I don't just practice this work, I teach it. That means every session I offer comes from a deep understanding of how hypnosis actually works, not just how to do it.

I'm also the only Crystal Healing Master Teacher in this area personally trained by Philip Permutt, one of the world's foremost crystal experts and author of The Crystal Healer series. If you're looking for a crystal healer in Lexington, SC, that's me. I don't just work with crystals in my healing practice. I teach others how to work with them at the highest level. Every crystal I use in a session is chosen with real intention and deep understanding of what it carries.

I hold Level 2 certification in Dolores Cannon's Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), which blends hypnosis with higher self communication for soul-level healing.

My Reiki training spans three powerful lineages: Usui, Karuna Ki, and Sekhmet. I bring years of study, attunement, and spirit-led healing into a practice that honors each tradition while becoming something entirely its own. I'm also developing an original lineage rooted in ho'oponopono, guided by spirit.

Every session is sacred and built around you. My spirit guides work with me throughout. Whether we're doing hypnosis, QHHT, Reiki, or crystal healing, the work is always pointed in the same direction: toward you remembering who you were before the world started telling you who to be.

Healing with me isn't about becoming someone new. It's about helping you remember who you are, before the world told you.
