Crystal Reiki with a Hypnotic Journey — Lexington, SC & Virtual

If you're searching for Reiki near you, you've found something a little deeper than what most practitioners offer. I'm Gretchen Herrera, a Reiki Master Teacher in three lineages — Usui, Karuna Ki, and Sekhmet — based in Lexington, South Carolina. But what I actually do isn't just Reiki.

Every session I offer is Crystal Reiki with a custom hypnotic journey. Reiki energy moves through the field. Crystals are placed to amplify and direct that energy at key centers in the body. And when the energy work is complete, I guide you through a hypnotic journey built around what you're carrying — what you need to release, what you're ready to receive. Three layers of healing, one seamless hour.

What makes this different

Standard Reiki clears the energy field. That matters. But clearing alone has a ceiling — the mind often fills the space right back up with the same patterns, the same fears, the same old stories. By adding crystal healing and a hypnotic journey to the session, the work goes deeper. The crystals hold and anchor the shift while the hypnosis meets the subconscious directly. The changes are more likely to stick because every layer of you has been addressed.

How each layer works

Reiki

I'm a Master Teacher in three Reiki lineages: Usui, Karuna Ki, and Sekhmet. Each carries a different quality of energy — the foundational precision of Usui, the compassionate depth of Karuna Ki, the ancient strength of Sekhmet. I draw from all three intuitively, guided by what your energy field needs in that session. I'm also developing a new channeled lineage, one that came through years of practice and spiritual guidance, rooted in ho'oponopono for Reiki Masters ready for something beyond any existing tradition.

Crystal Healing

I'm the only Crystal Healing Master Teacher in the Lexington, SC area personally trained by Philip Permutt — one of the world's foremost crystal healing experts and author of The Crystal Healer series. Crystals aren't passive objects in my sessions. They're precise energetic instruments, each with its own frequency. I select and place them based on your unique energy field, using them to balance, ground, and direct the healing that Reiki initiates.

The Hypnotic Journey

Every session closes with a custom hypnotic journey. If you share what you're working through beforehand, I build it specifically for you — designed around the belief you're ready to release, the truth that wants to replace it. If I don't know your situation in advance, I guide you through a journey focused on releasing anxiety and old stories, and restoring a deep, embodied sense of confidence and calm. As an NGH Certified Hypnotist and Hypnosis Instructor, I bring a level of craft to this that most energy practitioners simply don't have.
