Reiki Energy Healing

I am a Reiki Master Teacher in three lineages: Usui, Karuna Ki, and Sekhmet. I am also developing a new Reiki modality, one that arrived from beyond the stars, directly channeled. It is rooted in ho'oponopono and meant for those who are already Usui Reiki Masters, ready for something that does not yet exist in any book or tradition. This is not something I sought. It is something that came. During your session, channeled Reiki energy clears the energy body of accumulated stress, emotional residue, and energetic blockages. It creates a clean, receptive field so everything that follows can take root. Clients often feel warmth, tingling, and a deep sense of being held as the energy moves through them.

Crystal Healing

As the only Crystal Healing Master Teacher in the Lexington, South Carolina area personally trained by Philip Permutt, one of the world's most renowned crystal experts and author of The Crystal Healer series, I bring a level of knowledge to this practice that is truly rare. Each crystal carries its own vibration. I select and place stones intuitively based on your unique energy field, using them as precise instruments to balance, ground, and anchor the healing in your physical body.

Custom Hypnosis or Guided Meditation

Every session closes with either a custom hypnosis or a guided meditation, depending on what serves you best. If I know your struggles ahead of time, the hypnosis is built specifically for you. Otherwise, I guide you through a meditation designed to release anxiety, quiet old stories, and restore a deep sense of confidence and calm. This is where the mind and the energy body meet, and where lasting change begins.

What happens during a session?

Every session is completely customized to your unique energy and needs. No two are ever the same. Before we begin, I intuitively assess your energy field to understand what is asking for attention. During an in-person session, you lie comfortably while I work with Reiki energy and place crystals on and around your body at key energy centers. As the energy moves and the crystals do their work, you may feel warmth, tingling, waves of emotion, or deep peace. The session closes with the hypnosis or meditation that seals the work.

Many clients describe the experience as profoundly relaxing and transformative. A reset for the entire being. Body, mind, energy, and spirit addressed in a single sacred hour.

Virtual sessions available worldwide

Energy is not limited by physical distance, and neither is this work. Virtual sessions are just as powerful as in-person ones. During a virtual session, I work with my crystals on your behalf while we connect through a private, secure video call. Reiki flows across any distance. The hypnosis or meditation is guided live, just as it would be in the room. You may feel the same warmth, tingling, emotional release, and profound peace that in-person clients experience. All you need is a quiet space, a stable connection, and an open heart.
