Reiki Energy Healing

As a Reiki Master Teacher in three lineages — Usui, Karuna Ki, and Sekhmet — I channel healing energy to clear what is stuck, soften what is hard, and restore the natural flow of your energy body. During a distance session, I work with the distance healing symbol to connect directly with your field. Many clients feel the energy moving — warmth, tingling, a wave of release — even from across the world.

Crystal Healing

Crystals are not decoration. They are precise instruments that hold and transmit specific vibrational frequencies. As the only Crystal Healing Master Teacher in the Lexington, South Carolina area personally trained by Philip Permutt — one of the world's foremost crystal healing experts — I select and work with stones on your behalf during the session, choosing each one intuitively based on what your energy is asking for. The stones do their work remotely, just as the Reiki does.

Custom Meditation or Hypnosis

The session closes with either a guided meditation or a custom hypnosis, delivered live. If I know what you are working through in advance, I build the hypnosis specifically around that — helping create a new inner reality to replace the one that no longer fits. If you are simply ready to soften and release, I guide you into a meditation designed to soothe the nervous system, quiet the noise, and let the body do what it already knows how to do. Either way, this is where the mind and the energy body meet, and where lasting change takes root.

What happens during your session

You find a quiet, comfortable space at home — lying down is ideal. At your scheduled time, I begin. You do not need to do anything except receive. We connect live for the meditation or hypnosis portion so your experience feels intimate, guided, and fully present.

After the session, I share the intuitive impressions that arose during your healing — messages, images, patterns, or guidance that came through. This gives you something to carry forward and often provides exactly the clarity or validation you did not know you were looking for.
