Distance Reiki & Energy Healing

If you've been searching for distance Reiki or virtual energy healing, you already sense that healing doesn't require physical proximity. You're right. What I send reaches you, in your home, wherever you choose to receive it, with the same precision and depth as if you were lying on my table in Lexington, South Carolina.

What your distance session includes

Every remote session weaves together three layers of healing into one seamless hour.

Reiki Energy Healing

I'm a Reiki Master Teacher in three lineages: Usui, Karuna Ki, and Sekhmet. During a distance session, I use the distance healing symbol to connect directly with your energy field. Channeled Reiki energy clears what is stuck, softens what is hard, and restores the natural flow of your energy body. Many clients feel the energy moving as warmth, tingling, or a wave of release, even from across the world.

Crystal Healing

Crystals aren't decoration. They're precise instruments that hold and transmit specific vibrational frequencies. I'm the only Crystal Healing Master Teacher in the Lexington, South Carolina area personally trained by Philip Permutt, one of the world's foremost crystal healing experts. During your distance session, I select and work with stones on your behalf, choosing each one intuitively based on what your energy is asking for. The stones do their work remotely, just as the Reiki does.

Custom Hypnosis or Guided Meditation

The session closes with either a custom hypnosis or a guided meditation, delivered live through a private video call. If I know what you're working through in advance, I build the hypnosis specifically around that. If you're simply ready to soften and release, I guide you into a meditation designed to soothe your nervous system, quiet the noise, and let your body do what it already knows how to do. This is where the mind and the energy body meet, and where lasting change takes root.

What happens during your distance session

You find a quiet, comfortable space at home. Lying down is ideal. At your scheduled time, I begin the energy work. You don't need to do anything except receive. We connect live through a private video call for the meditation or hypnosis portion, so your experience feels intimate, guided, and fully present.

After the session, I share the intuitive impressions that arose during your healing. Messages, images, patterns, or guidance that came through. This gives you something to carry forward and often provides exactly the clarity or validation you didn't know you were looking for.
