How to Prepare for a QHHT Session
A QHHT session is unlike any appointment you have ever kept. It is a four-hour journey into the depths of your own consciousness, a meeting with past lives, your Higher Self, and the parts of you that carry the answers you have been searching for. The more intentionally you prepare, the more open and receptive you will be when the time comes.
Here is everything I recommend to the clients I work with before their session.
Write down your questions in advance
This is perhaps the most important thing you can do. Before your session, take time to sit quietly and think about the questions you most want answered. These can be anything at all. Health concerns you have not been able to resolve. Relationship patterns that keep repeating. A sense of life purpose you cannot quite identify. Fears or emotions that feel older than this lifetime. The reason you feel inexplicably drawn to certain places, times in history, or people.
Write them down. Bring the list with you. Your Higher Self will address what is most relevant and most ready to be answered, but having your questions prepared helps you arrive with intention rather than vagueness. And intention matters enormously in this work.
Get a full night of sleep
QHHT reaches the Somnambulistic level of hypnosis, which is the deepest level naturally accessible to most people. The more rested you are, the more easily your mind will settle into that depth. Try to get a full, natural night of sleep before your session and avoid staying up late the night before.
Limit caffeine on the day of your session
Caffeine stimulates the analytical mind and can make it harder to reach the deeper states we are working toward. You do not need to eliminate it entirely, but I suggest keeping it minimal on the morning of your appointment. Herbal tea or water works beautifully.
Eat lightly beforehand
A full stomach can make it difficult to relax deeply. Have a light meal or snack before arriving, but avoid anything heavy. You will want your body comfortable and at ease, not working hard on digestion.
Wear comfortable clothing
You will be lying down for a significant portion of the session. Wear something loose, comfortable, and warm enough that you will not feel chilled. Layers are helpful, since body temperature often drops during deep relaxation.
Set aside the whole day
A QHHT session typically runs four hours, but I recommend keeping your entire day clear if possible. Do not schedule anything demanding immediately after. Many people feel floaty, reflective, or emotionally tender in the hours following the session. Give yourself space to sit with the experience, journal, rest, or simply be still. The integration that happens in the hours and days after is part of the healing.
Release expectations about what it should look like
This may be the most important preparation of all. QHHT can look very different from person to person. Some clients experience vivid, cinematic past lives. Others receive quieter impressions, feelings, or knowings. Some clients receive their most important information during the Higher Self conversation rather than the past life portion. All of it is valid. All of it is meaningful.
The mind that wonders whether it is doing it right is the analytical mind doing its job. Gently set that aside and trust that whatever comes through is exactly what your soul has chosen to show you. I will be with you every step of the way.
You are ready
If you are drawn to QHHT, that pull is not random. Something in you already knows it is time. The preparation matters, but the most essential thing you can bring is simply yourself, open, willing, and ready to remember what you have always known.
