Energy Healing Near Me — Lexington, SC & Virtual Sessions

Energy healing works with the understanding that the body is more than its physical parts. We're also energetic beings — and that energetic layer is where a lot of stress, grief, trauma, and emotional weight actually lives. When the energy field is blocked or depleted, you feel it: as anxiety, exhaustion, emotional heaviness, or a persistent sense that something is off even when nothing looks wrong on the outside.

My work gets into that layer. I'm Gretchen Herrera, a Reiki Master Teacher, Crystal Healing Master Teacher, and certified hypnotist based in Lexington, South Carolina. I offer energy healing in person for local clients and virtually for anyone in the world.

What energy healing looks like here

My signature session is the Crystal & Energy Healing — an hour-long session that weaves three modalities into one seamless experience: Reiki energy work, crystal healing, and a custom hypnosis or guided meditation. Three things working together, each amplifying the others.

I designed it this way because in my experience, single-modality sessions have a ceiling. Reiki clears the energy field. Crystals anchor and amplify. Hypnosis or meditation works with the mind and subconscious to set the new pattern. Together, they create the kind of shift that sticks.

The modalities

Reiki

I'm a Reiki Master Teacher in three lineages: Usui, Karuna Ki, and Sekhmet. Each brings something different — the foundational precision of Usui, the compassionate depth of Karuna Ki, the ancient strength of Sekhmet. I draw from all three based on what each client needs. Reiki moves through the energy centers of the body, clearing stagnation and restoring flow in a way that often feels like a deep exhale you've been holding for years.

Crystal Healing

I'm the only Crystal Healing Master Teacher in the Lexington, SC area trained personally by Philip Permutt — one of the world's most respected crystal healing experts and author of The Crystal Healer series. Crystals aren't decorative elements here. They're precise energetic instruments, each carrying a specific vibration. I select and place them intuitively based on your unique energy field to balance, ground, and anchor the healing work.

Hypnosis & Guided Meditation

Every session closes with either a custom hypnosis or a guided meditation. This is where the energy work meets the mind. If I know what you're working through beforehand, the hypnosis is built specifically for your situation. Otherwise, I guide you through a meditation focused on releasing anxiety, clearing old stories, and restoring a grounded sense of confidence and calm. As an NGH Certified Hypnotist and Hypnosis Instructor, I bring a level of depth here that most energy healing sessions simply don't include.

Virtual energy healing — anywhere in the world

Energy doesn't require proximity. Virtual sessions are available for clients anywhere, and they're genuinely as effective as in-person work. During a virtual session, you settle into a quiet space at home while I work from my practice in Lexington. The Reiki flows across the distance. The crystals are worked on your behalf. The hypnosis or meditation is guided live. Clients report the same warmth, tingling, emotional release, and profound settling that in-person clients experience.
