How it works
You book a time that works for you through my scheduling link. At your appointment time, you join a private Zoom call from wherever you are in Minneapolis. We begin with a conversation about what you are seeking, and from there, the session unfolds naturally. For energy healing sessions, you simply lie down and receive while I work with Reiki and crystals on your behalf, then we connect live for the guided meditation or hypnosis portion.
